Trisha Yearwood never belted a single note at Sunday night's ACM awards. However, she captured audience's eye as she introduced a performance by Kelly Clarkson. Trisha, a long-time country singer, has been known for her constant battle with weight-issues. On Sunday night, Trisha revealed her new body--20 lbs. slimmer.

Trisha revealed to People in February, "I've been dieting and exercising and I've lost about 20 lbs." She now attributes her weight loss to healthy eating and careful choices in what she consumes.

Trisha, a cookbook author and star of her own Food Network series, now takes a very reasonable and sensible approach to eating. She takes a realistic approach to dieting by saying that most people struggle with healthy eating and real people often battle with their weight. Now she just tries to make sure she's careful and only allows herself to have a treat once in a while. Trisha continues her healthy eating journey and and has inspired her fans to live more healthy lives as well.
