These days everyone's talking about Miley's hair, but Ryan Lochte made a fashion statement of his own Friday night at the iHeartRadio Music Festival 2012.
Ryan and Miley came out to introduce Lil Wayne and both were rocking stylish looks.
Ryan had a red leather vest over a black v-neck tee and Miley wore a cropped black sleeveless top with a high-waisted shimmery skirt. The 11-time Olympic medalist surprised everyone by popping in a grill over his teeth!
