7 Ways To Get Fit In Half The Time

Say what you want- I always find myself clicking on articles about fitness and working out.  Reading about experts' and trainers' philosophies on the topic's interesting to me.

A couple things I've learned:

*Lifting needs to be a part of your fitness plan.

*You don't have to workout for a long period of time to get great results- you just have to work hard.  

This may having you saying "I can't believe you didn't know that" but it's been a learning process for me!

1. Try superset exercises.

2. Time your rest periods.

3. Keep it moving.

4. Try high-intensity interval training.

5. Plan your workout ahead of time.

6. Have a back-up plan in case machines are taken.

7. Ditch technology.
