A Trick To Tell If Your Pillow Needs Replacing

According to House Beautiful Magazine, our pillows are like mattresses, they wear out and accumulate dust mites. 

Rebecca S. Robbins, a sleep researcher at Cornell University says our pillows should be replaced every every 2 to 3 years. (I don't know about you but I definitely have pillows older than that.)

How do you know it's time to replace you pillow? 

Robbins says, "Fold your pillow in half and if it doesn't spring back immediately you have a dead pillow." 

I'd better get pillow shopping.
