I have a serious sweet tooth problem but I also like to watch what I eat. Here are a few recipes to satisfy cravings without all of calories this summer!
Chocolate-Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Pops (100 Calories)
Ingredients
2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
2 Cups non fat or low fat plain yogurt
4 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
1. Puree Rapsberries, yogurt and sugar in food processor until smooth.
2.Divide mixture among freezer pop molds, leaving 1 inch from the top. Evenly mix in the chocolate chips and stir in.
3. Insert sticks and put in freezer until completelty frozen (approx 6 hours)
Frozen Chocolate Covered Bananas (100 Calories)
Ingredients
4 Large ripe bananas peeled and cut into thirds crosswise.
3/4 cup semi sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips melted.
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Insert a popsicle stick into each piece of banana. Cover each piece with chocolate with a rubber spatula and sprinkle with coconut. Place bananas on baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours. Then ENJOY!
