Yesterday, after my show, Donna and I went to a late lunch to brainstorm for a new podcast idea.  We went to a restaurant that has extremely, healthy food and includes the calories and carbs on the menu.  I really like eating healthy (as long as the food doesn’t suck) and left the meal without the- I have a semi tire in my stomach feeling- which was nice.

When I got home, instead of feeling good about our healthy lunch, I started thinking about all the other places I dine.  Going out to eat is one of my absolute favorite things to do.  What can't I get off my mind?  If eating food prepared that calorie conscious still has that many calories- just imagine how many calories are in most of my favorite dishes!  Even as I type that- I'm feeling a little ridiculous and I know I’m over thinking it.  That's why I titled this blog "All I Really Know is (sometimes) I Don't Wanna Know.  The truth is, I'll probably go out to eat a couple more times before Monday hits and not having the nutrition info on the menu will be something I'm grateful for : )

Since I'm already in full-chick-mode with this blog, here's the tease for "Two Chicks and Some Whine" that Donna and I did yesterday.  It's going to be a fashion and lifestyle podcast or video- we're still working out the kinks.  Do you have any topic ideas?  We'd love to hear your suggestions- please email them to me, amy@k102.com.  Happy Thursday!
