I couldn’t sleep last night.  Lying in bed with my mind racing, I started thinking about this morning’s breakfast.  When I got up- I made the concoction I’d dreamed about while awake.  It’s low in calories- are 100 total and pretty high in protein- 10 grams!  Here’s the recipe…

 INGREDIENTS:

Egg Beaters. 1/4 Cup + 2 TBLSP

1 TBSP Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

1 TBSP Low Fat Sour Cream

2 TBSP Chunky Salsa

 

How To Prepare…

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray, putting your burner on medium high heat.  Pour Egg Beaters into pan and let them spread out- just like a pancake- flipping when slightly brown.  Place your pancake-like-egg on a plate, spread sour cream on top, add bacon and salsa and eat!
