Carrie Underwood has sold the very first house she bought after winning American Idol. She originally paid around $384,000 for the place and unloaded it for $372,500 which isn't too bad in today's housing market.

The 2,956-square-foot home had 3-bedrooms along with 3.5 bathrooms. It also was furnished with hardwood floors, a very spacious kitchen and a fireplace.

Don't feel too bad for Carrie, as she and her husband, Mike Fisher, paid just over $3 million dollars for a 400 acre property to build their dream home just outside of Nashville in 2011.
