Kip Moore has taken to social media to premiere the first single off his upcoming sophomore album. It’s a love song, appropriately titled “Young Love,” which Kip co-wrote with his longtime friends and collaborators Dan Couch and Weston Davis.
Moore says, “This song is about being in love so much that the rest of the world doesn’t matter, it is just about those two people. Especially being young, everyone else might not take it as seriously as you are feeling it. I think most people have been there and we wanted to tell that story.”
Using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram through KipMoore.net, post #YOUNGLOVE to access the new song. As a bonus, those who participate will be entered to win a chance to see Kip perform live in Nashville.
I listened to the song this evening and loved it! Can't wait to hear the full version and all the new tunes coming from him on his new album.

According to Travel and Leisure's recent survey, which asked for readers' opinions on which cities have the strangest residents, New Orleans is number one when it comes to letting its freak-flag fly.

I love all things Minnesota and really enjoy our state's rivalry with Wisconsin in just about anything we can find to compete in. However, my wife went to the University of Wisconsin at Madison so I have been introduced to a lot of "Badgerness." Today, she sent me an email she had received from her friends who still live in the Madison area about an awesome thing that had happend at a recent football game.

I just love videos like this! Well done Wisconsin, well done.
Jason Aldean has a small part in the film Sweetwater, which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival. He was offered a larger role, but since it's his first crack at being a thespian, he wanted to start small.
"If I was gonna be bad, I wanted to be on the film as least amount of time as possible," Aldean said. He added, "They wanted me to play a part that was a bigger part than I ended up playing. With it being my first time acting I basically turned that role down."
The film stars Ed Harris and Mad Men's January Jones.
