According to a new survey, the biggest complaint people have about their cell phones today is that their friends and family get mad at them for not checking their phones enough. 39% of cell phone owners say someone's complained because they don't respond fast enough to calls or texts.
The second-biggest complaint, ironically, is that a cell phone makes you too available to other people at all times. That got 24% of the vote. The rest of the list included:
15% say the cost is the worst part.
12% complained about bad reception or dropped calls.
8% say battery life is the biggest issue.
